We’ve created a relaxed welcoming, educational atmosphere which allows fellow horse enthusiasts to meet and enjoy each other’s company, accomplishments and general love of horses.
Our goal is to give you a solid riding foundation with improved awareness and communication skills with your horse. Each rider is unique to us at the ranch. So we will strive to enhance your performance in the saddle so no matter where your equestrian life leads you we know you’ll have the knowledge and skills to take you there.

Students enrolled will participate in Horse Sense Learning Levels Curriculum and will be able to progress through our levels.
Lessons will be scheduled on a monthly basis. To secure your preferred time slot every week, enrollment in the program and upfront payment for the month are required to progress through our levels. Packages cannot be shared between students.

All first-time riders are required to take a private 1 hour lesson to assess their riding level.
All students must sign in before their lesson begins.
Riders must be at least four years old and able to listen and follow the instructions of their Instructor
The weight limit for riders is 230 pounds
Proper attire must be worn and includes jeans or breeches, boots with a heel, and an ASTM approved riding helmet (no bike helmets). Gloves are optional. No muck boots!
Payment is due before each lesson. Lessons must be paid for on a monthly basis and is due on the first of the month. If you choose to not pay monthly you are not guaranteed your time slot each week and will be scheduled based upon instructor availability.
Training Sessions/ Exercise Rides are available for our boarders horses by our instructors and are $80 regardless if you pay for the month.
24 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend your lesson. This is a courtesy to ensure that proper notice is given to our Instructors. If you do not give 24 hours’ notice, you are responsible for paying for your scheduled lesson.
Lessons canceled with 24 hours’ notice or by the instructor will be rescheduled. During inclement weather, please contact your instructor if you would like to reschedule, 24 hour notice policy does not apply for cancelations due to inclement weather.
Refunds will not be given once the lesson has started and without 24 hours’ notice prior to the start time of the scheduled lesson.
One hour lessons will be no less than one hour TOTAL. Lessons include grooming, tacking, lunging as needed, riding, untacking, and putting the horse away. (For example: If you take 30 minutes to get your horse ready, your riding time will be 30 minutes.)
All riders must have a current release of liability on file prior to working with horses at the ranch in any capacity.
